As a consumer, you are entitled to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. This allows you to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without the need to provide any reasons. Upon withdrawal from the contract, we will promptly refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Delivery dates provided are approximate and not guaranteed. Should any items be out of stock at the time of your order, we will inform you and ship them as soon as they become available. Cancellation Right: You may cancel your contract within 14 working days starting the day after delivery. However, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Return Procedure: Returned items must be unused, in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags intact. Items returned within 14 days of receipt will be refunded (processed within 7 days after return). For returns received between 15 and 28 days, we may issue a credit note valid for 12 months. We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns to ensure proof of postage.
If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 28 days of purchase. We will offer you a full refund, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
